Membership Requirements
To qualify for the maintenance plan, vehicles may require a Full Interior Reset depending on condition.
Full Interior Reset: Starting at $200
This ensures the vehicle is brought to a proper baseline before entering the maintenance program.
Well-maintained vehicles may be approved to start without a reset upon inspection.
Membership Start Process
If a reset is required and completed, the first month is discounted:

Our Policies
We believe in transparency. Please review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- •A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Without a deposit, your slot may be released to the next client.
- •Cancellations or reschedules require 24 hours' notice.
- •Same-day changes will result in a $50 fee or forfeiture of deposit.
- •Missed appointments without notice require a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings.
- •We operate rain or shine, but in cases of extreme weather, appointments may be rescheduled for safety.
- •Please remove all personal belongings such as bags, car seats, clothing, or toys before your appointment.
- •Significant items left inside may result in a $30 handling fee.
- •Vehicles must be unlocked with keys accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
- •If we are unable to access the vehicle, the appointment may be forfeited.
- •Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location with enough space to fully open all doors.
- •We bring our own power and water — no hookups required.
- •A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total balance.
- •Remaining balances must be paid in full at the completion of service, before the vehicle is released.
- •We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash, and approved digital transfers. No checks accepted.
- •All quotes are based on the vehicle's size and condition.
- •Excessive dirt, pet hair, biohazards, or additional labor may result in adjusted pricing.
- •Please clear out personal belongings before your appointment so we can focus fully on your vehicle.
- •We take great care with every vehicle, but some pre-existing issues such as scratches, dents, stains, or fragile trim/panels may become more noticeable or react during the detailing process.
- •Elite Detail cannot be held responsible for prior damage.
- •All products used are professional-grade and safe for automotive surfaces when applied correctly.
- •Elite Detail is not liable for issues caused by prior detailing, improper maintenance, or aftermarket modifications.
- •Every service is performed with professional-grade products and methods designed to enhance and protect your vehicle.
- •Detailing is a cosmetic service, not a mechanical repair. We do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects, though we always aim for the best possible results.
- •Excessive pet hair, stains, spills, or biohazards may require additional time and will be subject to extra charges.
- •For lasting results, we recommend regular detailing or enrollment in our VIP Maintenance Plan.
- •A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all ceramic coating appointments (covers prep time, materials, and scheduling).
- •Results and durability depend on vehicle condition, prep work, and ongoing maintenance.
- •We do not guarantee scratch, chip, or damage prevention.
- •The first 7 days after application are critical. Avoid washing the vehicle, exposure to sprinklers, or harsh conditions during the curing period.
- •Regular maintenance and safe wash methods are required to maintain warranty coverage. Improper care may shorten the life of the coating.
VIP Maintenance Plan
VIP Maintenance Plans operate on a set service cycle, not on weather-perfect days. In the event of rain or unsafe conditions, visits may be rescheduled to the next available date to maintain quality. Billing remains tied to the scheduled service cycle, even if a visit is rescheduled due to weather. The full maintenance service is always completed at the rescheduled visit with no loss of services.
